Your brand took years to build. A lookalike takes one filing.
Most brand owners have no one reading trademark journals every week. Dmarkb does that reading for you, and only interrupts when something genuinely resembles your mark, with a clear explanation and a report you can pass to counsel.
This week's watch
- New filing · Class 2587
- Domain registration79
- New filing · Class 3552
- Marketplace listing41
Two flags to review. Everything else scored below your threshold.
§ 01Why it matters
The cost of a conflict rises every week it goes unseen.
Stage 01
Before publication
A lookalike application can be opposed at the register, usually the quickest and least costly route.
Stage 02
After registration
The other mark now has its own rights. Removing it means cancellation proceedings, which take longer.
Stage 03
In the market
Customers have already seen both marks. Now there is confusion to unwind, not only a filing.
§ 02Built for non-lawyers
Flags you can read without a legal dictionary.
Each flag says what was found, where, and why it scored high, in plain language. You decide whether it is worth a call to counsel, and the report is ready when you make it.
- Why it surfaced: the dimension that drove the score, in a sentence
- Where it is: register, domain or marketplace, with a link
- What to do next: forward the report, dismiss or mark resolved

FAQ
Questions, answered
Do I need a lawyer to use Dmarkb?
Not to use it. Dmarkb watches and documents on its own. When a flag needs action, such as an opposition or a notice, that is when counsel comes in, and the report gives them what they need.
I only have one mark. Is this worth it?
The Starter plan is designed for a single mark in a single class, which is where many brands begin.
How many alerts should I expect?
It depends on how distinctive your mark is and how busy your classes are. The threshold is tuned during onboarding so flags stay meaningful.
