Where copies trade before they ever file.
Not every infringer applies for a trademark. Many simply register a lookalike domain or open a storefront. Dmarkb watches both, so you are not relying on customers to report what they stumble on.
§ 01Domain watching
Lookalike domains, caught at registration.
New domain registrations are compared with your marks using the same scoring as trademark filings. Typosquats, brand-plus-keyword combinations and character tricks are scored and flagged the same way.
- Brand combined with retail, support, login or official terms
- Character substitutions that read as your mark at a glance
- Typos, doubled letters and hyphenated splits
- Registration details captured at the time of detection

§ 02Marketplace scans
Listings that borrow your name or your look.
Major marketplaces are scanned for listings that use your mark in titles, seller names or product imagery. Each find is captured as it appeared, because listings change and disappear.
- Your mark or a near-match in listing titles and descriptions
- Seller and storefront names that echo your brand
- Product imagery resembling your registered device
- A capture of the listing, with the time it was recorded

§ 03What you receive
The same discipline as a trademark flag.
Domain flags
The domain, its registration date and the pattern that triggered the score.
Listing flags
The marketplace, the seller name and the listing as it appeared when found.
Captures
A record of the page at detection, so evidence survives an edited or removed listing.
Source links
The exact URL of every find, kept alongside the capture in the report.
Scored like filings
Visual, phonetic and conceptual scores against your own threshold.
Clear when resolved
Mark a find as resolved once it is handled and it moves out of the open queue.
FAQ
Questions, answered
Which marketplaces are covered?
Major marketplaces relevant to your category and jurisdictions are agreed during onboarding and listed in your watch profile. Domain and marketplace monitoring is included from the Growth plan.
Does Dmarkb take down listings or domains?
No. Dmarkb detects and documents. Takedown requests, domain disputes and notices to sellers are handled by you or your counsel, using the evidence in the report.
Why capture the listing?
Listings are edited and removed often. A timestamped capture preserves what was shown at the time it was found.
