01Marks you may monitor
Only register marks that you own, are licensed to use, or are authorised to monitor for a client. Watching a competitor's mark in order to copy, pre-empt or interfere with it is not permitted.
02Use of flags and reports
- Do not present a similarity score as a legal finding of infringement.
- Do not use reports to harass, threaten or intimidate third parties.
- Do not send notices or make claims you know to be unfounded.
03Use of the platform
- Do not attempt to access accounts, portfolios or reports that are not yours.
- Do not probe, scan or test the service for vulnerabilities without written permission.
- Do not resell or redistribute raw monitoring output as a competing service.
- Do not submit automated or bulk requests through the website forms.
04Enforcement
We may suspend or close accounts that breach this policy. Where a breach is serious, we may do so without notice.
