Module M-04

A flag is a question. The report is the file that answers it.

Every conflict Dmarkb raises comes with a structured report: what was found, where, when it was captured and exactly how it compares to your mark. It is built to be forwarded to counsel as is.

§ 01Sample report

What your counsel receives.

FAQ

Questions, answered

Can reports be used in an opposition?

Reports are designed to give counsel the facts quickly. Whether and how material is used in proceedings, and in what form a tribunal accepts it, is for your counsel to decide.

How long are reports kept?

Reports and scan history are kept for as long as your account is active, so you can refer back to earlier flags. See Data & Security for retention after an account closes.

Can I share a report with someone outside my account?

Yes. Reports are designed to be forwarded to counsel or a client as a single file.

Hand counsel facts, not screenshots.

Every flag comes with its file. Start with an audit of the marks you want watched.
